Matt Yount, LCSW
Owner, Lead Therapist
Matt has been working in the mental health field for over 20 years. He started his career working in the prison systems but has spent most of his career working in agency-type settings. He and his wife, Andrea, started Affinity Counseling Services in 2019 in order to have an avenue to open up ways they can better serve the collective mental health in their region. Matt hopes their practice helps to create a better work-life balance for their staff and a safe and comfortable environment for their clients. Matt has a heart to work for people. He specializes in treating trauma and anxiety and works with people of all ages. Matt also works in leadership training and teaches martial arts in his free time. He and Andrea have four children.
Carrie Moffitt-Reaves, LCSW
Carrie is a mental health professional with 27 years of experience. Beginning her career in human services, she provided protective services to families in crisis. Carrie went on to further her education and has been practicing as a therapist for 21 years. Her experience includes working in hospitals, clinical and agency settings as well as schools. Her goal is to teach clients effective coping methods, thereby relieving symptoms, through Cognitive Behavioral and Solution-Focused Therapy. By empowering her clients, she builds upon their strengths.
Kristin Crittenden, LCSW
In her 16 years working in mental health, Kristin has developed extensive expertise. Piggott is where she was born, and helping others is what drives her, especially when she is giving back to her community. She is married and has two beautiful children.
As a therapist, Kristin uses a variety of different therapeutic techniques and is certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She enjoys working with all age groups.
Maria Ibarra , LMSW
Medicaid Clients Only.
Maria, although being fresh from receiving her graduate degree, has already completed training in EMDR therapy. She also completed her internship with Affinity where she received hands on training prior to her graduation. Maria is a kind, intelligent, and thoughtful therapist who is eager to grow in the field as she works to serve her clients’ needs.
Sherry Rainwater , LPC
We are excited to announce a new counselor at our office! Sherry has been practicing therapy for over two decades, and has recently decided to bring her expertise to the Affinity family. She specializes in anger management, anxiety disorders, OCD, and marriage and group therapies. She enjoys working with teenagers and adults of all ages.
Brittany Bradshaw, LCSW
Brittany is a new mom AND a new LCSW that has just joined the Affinity Counseling Services’ team! She is excited to begin practicing the variety of therapy modalities she has learned over the course of her studies, and enjoys working with people of all ages. She will be practicing out of our Corning, AR office.
Tiffany Leeker, LCSW
Tiffany Leeker is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 20 years of experience. Early in her career, she worked with geriatric-based clients before transitioning to hospital case management then gaining forensic social work experience in addition to voluntary and involuntary hospitalizations. For the past nine year, Tiffany has owned and operated a successful private practice. She enjoys working with clients of all ages, appreciating the unique challenges and strengths that each stage of life brings.
Her primary focus is trauma-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, specializing in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. Tiffany has been certified in EMDR since 2021 and has a deep passion for EMDR and its ability to help clients heal and thrive after trauma. She is committed to offering compassionate, client-centered care and empowering individuals to achieve their goals and enhance their overall well-being. Tiffany looks forward to accepting new clients and helping them on their journey towards healing and personal growth.
